Mothers’ Union News
Meeting news
Many thanks to everyone who attended and
all those who organised our delicious
Strawberry Tea in July. As well as celebrating
150 years of Mothers9 Union we also
celebrated two big birthdays with Hilary and
Alice, congratulations!
It was a particular pleasure together with Revd
Margaret to present Alice King with her 70
years long service award and she brought
along her enrolment card to prove it!
Our next meeting will be held on Thursday
17th September at 2pm in the Community
Hall. This will be our Snack and Chat session
and an opportunity to catch up with friends after our summer break and to look at
some photos and mementos of previous events for our branch.
